PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 10:00 am via ZOOM contact Esteban Zamora, with Negrete & Kolar Architects at 956-386-0611 for instruction due to Covid 19.
PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: Copies of the Proposal Documents, including Drawings and Project Manual, may be reviewed and/or obtained from the following:
1) Digital media compact disc from the Architect's Office (956) 386-0611, for $25.00 (non-refundable) in cash, check, or money order payable to Negrete & Kolar Architects, LLP;
2) Digital media compact disc and/or printed copies for direct purchase from RGV Reprographics, 519 South Broadway, McAllen, Texas 78501, (956) 686-1525;
3) Local AGC, Dodge, and other participating Plan Rooms. Printing expenses incurred by the Contractor will not be reimbursed by the Owner nor the Architect.
