INSPECTION OF THE SITE:  The site is also accessible for inspection at other times upon notification to the Owner and/or Project Manager.  Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and assess existing conditions;  however strict staff supervision and observation requirements must be followed due to the presence of children occupying the facility.
