22-82, Longoria Middle School Heating & Air Condition (HVAC) Improvements Funded through the Elementary & Secondary Relief (ESSER) Funds

PROPOSAL DEADLINE: Monday, May 23, 2022 @ 2:30 P.M. at Purchasing Office, Edinburg CISD  Administration Building; 411 North 8^th Avenue; 2^nd Floor, Edinburg TX 78541. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. All submitted proposals will be gathered and taken to the finance/purchasing conference room to be opened, however this is closed to the public due to the on-going pandemic. ECISD Purchasing Office normal business days are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will be closed on recognized holidays.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 4, 2022 @ 10:00 A.M. at Longoria Middle School – Library, 14101 N. Rooth Rd., Edinburg, TX. Please contact the  Project Manager above with email address to register.
