Vendor's shall be responsible for checking the web periodically to make sure they download the proper Addendums, etc.

PROPOSAL DEADLINE: Wednesday, March 1, 2023 @ 4:00 P.M. at Purchasing Office, Edinburg CISD Administration Building; 411 North 8^th Avenue; 2^nd Floor, Edinburg TX 78541. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. All submitted proposals will be received, opened and read aloud. ECISD Purchasing Office normal business days are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will be closed on recognized holidays.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 9:00 A.M. at Maintenance & Facilities – Conference Room, 1305 E. Schunior, Edinburg, TX. The campus sites to be visited will be in the following order: Lincoln, Eisenhower, Truman, Zavala, Cano/Gonzalez, Travis. All campuses will be visited on this day.

DOCUMENTS: Plans, proposal packages, and specifications may be obtained by contacting the respective architect for each project during normal business days/hours. The plans will be provided via electronic submittal. Please request documents by contacting the Architectural firms above.
