The First ECISD Teacher to Administrator Training Program

This new leader development program is for ECISD teachers who have a master's degree, passed the TExES Principal Exam (268) and the Performance Assessment for School Leaders (PASL) if applicable, and are interested in a leadership opportunity as an assistant principal, dean, curriculum assistant, specialist, etc.  The program will provide you with insightful opportunities to network, collaborate, and learn from other ECISD leaders across the District.  It is designed to analyze the qualities of effective administrators and develop the potential of the future leaders of our Great District.
