Vision
The vision of the ECISD Fine Arts Department is to empower and nurture diverse students through high quality education, in a safe environment, that inspires creativity, leadership and fulfillment of individual abilities to become productive members of a global community
Mission
To excite, encourage, engage and excel in fine arts.
Goals
1. Ensure, maintain, and design opportunities for all students to participate in all areas of Fine Arts at the curricular and extracurricular levels in Grades k-12.
2. Provide equipment and facilities to create opportunities for student success in mastering objectives in the academic and competitive setting.
3. Maintain and/or improve student participation and student retention in Fine Arts through Advocacy and instruction to bridge gaps occurring during grade level transitions.
4. Provide content specific staff development presented by high qualified, professional clinicians..
5. Develop and implement a standardized assessment for each discipline.
