Senate Bill 9 Contractor Vendor Criminal History Record Information Review

Senate Bill 9 – SB9 Procedures
Any contractor / Vendor that would be on District Campuses / Departments with Students need to SB9 Clear.
 
STEP 1
Ask Contractor / Vendor if they have completed the SB9 Fingerprinting Process
If Contractor has not been fingerprinted thru IDENTOGO (local PD/DPS not accepted)
Identogo form is issued to Contractor / Vendor to request fingerprinting appointment following instructions on that form, district does not assist or pay for this process, any questions contractor/vendor needs to call 800 number noted on form.
 
STEP 2
Upon actual fingerprinting, the District SB9 Clearance forms are issued to Contractor/Vendor to complete entirely and include copy of Driver’s License.
Notes:
· Packet is submitted to Personnel for clearance, if cleared, notify Contractor/Vendor via email attaching their clearance form.
· Keep a database of names and clearance date
· Keep a binder, alphabetically is best, of their clearance form
