Field Trip Rates
Within District (Local Trips)

• Edinburg - McAllen - San Juan - Pharr - Weslaco - Mission - Hidalgo
• $150.00 flat rate per bus

Outside District and Out of Valley

• Mercedes - Harlingen - Brownsville - La Joya - Rio Grande City - San Antonio
• $2.75 per mile
• If trip is more than 2 days then add 100.00 for 3rd day
• These rates also apply for all trips that require the use of a truck pulling a trailer or flat beds

 

Vans/Suburbans

• $40.00 per day plus $0.50 per mile

Tutorial Rates

• After school - $75.00 per bus
• Saturdays - $150.00 per bus
